Where is my data stored?

Only on your iPhone. Pulse has no server and does not create an account.

Is my data backed up?

It is included in your iPhone backup (iCloud or computer) if you have enabled it. Pulse never sends it anywhere.

How do I delete my data?

Pulse Settings › “Delete all my data”, or delete the app.

Does Pulse read my whole lab report?

No, only the values you track. Reading happens on your iPhone, and you check everything before saving.

Can Pulse tell me whether my results are normal?

No. Pulse shows the reference ranges printed by your lab, without interpreting them. Talk to your doctor about your results.

I forgot to unlock / Face ID doesn't work

Pulse falls back to your iPhone passcode; the lock can be turned off in the app's settings.
